This guide serves as step-by-step directions for returning students of Truman State University to update and complete their Housing Profile, as part of their Housing Renewal Application. How to start your Housing Application:
- Log into TruView
- Click “Student” under “Tools” on the left-hand side
- Select “Student Housing/Residence Life”
- Click “Housing Portal” under “Housing”
- Click “Apply for Housing!” in the Housing Portal
- Select the term you are applying for
- Review the “Welcome” page for more information
- Instructions are available on each individual page of the Housing Application
In addition to completing your Housing Application, you will need to ensure there is a Housing Deposit on-file to select/ be placed in a housing assignment. Below are instructions on how to review and confirm the status of your Housing Deposit:
- Log-in to TruView
- Select “Student” under “Tools”
- Select “Student Finances & Student Employment Tools”
- Click on “Student Account Suite” under “Student Finances”
- Wait to be rerouted to a webpage beginning with secure.touchnet.com
- Select “Deposits” at the top of the page
- Select term for deposit
- Select payment type
