To order a replacement diploma, please complete our Replacement Diploma Form.  Send the completed form, along with $40.00 fee, to:

Please allow four to six weeks for processing. Requests may be expedited if the requester provides an additional $25.00 to cover overnight postage.

All reprinted diplomas will be issued under the name Truman State University, regardless of the student’s graduation year.
