If you are an exercise science major at Truman who is interested in sport and recreation management, you can choose the sport and recreation concentration to help you prepare for your career.
You will gain practical experience through the completion of ES 370 Internship Experience, and our exercise science curriculum will give you a strong foundation in the sciences.
Students choosing the sport and recreation management track may choose to earn a minor in business administration through the School of Business, an AACSB accredited program. Through these courses, students are further prepared for leadership positions in the fields of sport and recreation management.
Many opportunities exist for sport and recreation management positions after graduation. Our graduates are working as:
