No matter what your major is at Truman, you can add an agricultural business minor to learn the economic structure of the food and fiber system and prepare for jobs in production agriculture, agribusiness, or agricultural entrepreneurship. You also gain general knowledge in lending, consulting, sales, marketing, and financing for a broad understanding applicable to related career fields or graduate degrees.
The program provides you with a wide range of immersive learning environments from study-abroad opportunities to research and internships. You also have access to the University Farm which provides hands-on learning opportunities for classroom studies or recreation.
