4+1 Program

The 4+1 program is an accelerated program for Truman undergraduates to pursue the Master of Science in Data Science and Analytic Storytelling.

Benefits to the student participants include:

  • Increased exposure to graduate-level coursework during the undergraduate program.
  • Earlier acceptance into an exciting graduate program.
  • Earlier completion of the Data Science and Analytic Storytelling M.S. coursework
  • Cost savings on the M.S. coursework.
  • Able to complete a Master’s degree while working full/part time.

Student consultants work with clients on real problems in the University's Center for Applied Statistics and Evaluation. Staffed by statistically-minded students and faculty, the CASE program provides statistical consulting services to groups and projects on campus and across northeast Missouri.
